The participant registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Conference bag including final program and proceedings
- Welcome reception on Sunday 12th
- Coffee-breaks and lunches at the meeting venue
- Dinner on Monday 13th
- Gala dinner on Tuesday 14th
- Technical visits on Wednesday 15th (excluding transportation fee for far destinations)
Guests
Guests are welcome, please contact a member of your country for a formal invitation.
Online registration before formal invitation will be accepted under reverse.
We kindly ask members of any category to inform the
Chairman of the ICFG and the host of the Plenary Meeting about guests to be invited.
Guests may also propose technical paper presentation.
The guest‘s paper must be submitted by an ICFG member but may be presented in person by the guest.
